Although construction hasn't begun yet, the design is anticipating LEED certification thanks to its numerous <a href="http://inhabitat.com/nyc/tag/green-design/" target="_blank">green features</a> including a green roof and eco-friendly cleaning program, among many other eco-amenities.1
