Rem Koolhaas breaks ground on his first NYC building

City Reality has just revealed that Pritzker Prize winner Rem Koolhaas has broken ground on his first NYC project in New York.

As reported by 6sqft, the Dutch architect's first NYC building will be a LEED-seeking, two-towered glass and concrete condo development with a distinctive chiseled glass edge running down the length of the north building.

Rem Koolhaas' new building is located at Rem Koolhaas 122 East 23rd in Gramercy.
