This year, Inhabitat readers impressed us once again with an insanely imaginative slew of entries in our Green Halloween Costume Contest – and now after an intense round of online voting, we’re excited to finally announce our winners! Contestants ranged from a scarily accurate replica of the classic board game Perfection to an awesome K9 police car, a hilarious Pixar lamp, and even a 75-pound roast “turkey”. But in the end, it was your votes that decided who would win the grand prize and a brand new Vanmoof B6 bike (worth $848). Hit the jump to see the final results!
GRAND PRIZE: Perfection Board Game
Paul Zakrzewski blew the competition away with his expertly crafted Perfection board game costume, which conjured up nostalgia for Inhabitat editors and readers. Congratulations Paul!

RUNNER-UP: 75-Pound Roast Turkey
It looks like voters simply could not resist the cute factor of the adorable turkey costume Doreen Catena made for her dog Bindie, and we have to agree.

RUNNER-UP: Carly’s Cop Car
Christie Moore turned her daughter Carly’s wheelchair into an amazing police car complete with a K9. Now that’s impressive!

RUNNER-UP: Chicken-Riding Colonel
Fred Wilson’s Chicken-Riding Colonel costume uses an old beanbag to trick the eye. Only the full-length pics can do it justice.

HONORABLE MENTION: Pixar Lamp
If you watch a lot of Pixar movies, you probably recognize this lamp! Crafted by Darcy Reaver out of a lampshade and a sheet, it’s truly a masterful use of reclaimed materials.

HONORABLE MENTION: Frankenberry 2.0
It took Mike Wong about six months to create this incredibly intricate Frankenberry 2.0 costume and we think it was definitely worth the time!
