Loadingdock5 Passive House

Based out of Brooklyn, Loadingdock5 is known for its passive house projects, which are built to strict energy standards. Their ongoing project in Greenpoint, known as Haus, will have seven 700-square-foot apartments. According to the architects, the first floor unit will have a private rear garden while the others will each have a large balcony. All of the tenants will also be able to share a common rooftop space.
