We’ve featured hundreds, if not thousands, of DIY van conversions, but the process of creating your own home on wheels is an arduous one, even for the handiest of nomads. For those who need a little professional help in creating your dream van conversion, Denver-based Oasis Campervans specializes in revamping various minivan models into spacious camper homes for up to two people.
With more people than ever fulfilling their dreams of being nomadic travelers, the practice of turning vans and trailers into custom-made homes on wheels is turning into a true art form. Thankfully, however, for those that need a bit of help with converting their vehicles into full-time homes, Oasis Campervans is now on the scene.
The company specializes in revamping Toyota Sienna vans, but have also worked on Dodge Caravans, Honda Odysseys and other smaller vans. According to the company, they have blended their years of construction experience along with their passion for camping to create a service that works closely with its customers to convert minivans into affordable and space-efficient campers for two.
The company’s most basic service starts out at just $4,000, not including the cost of the van, or specialized extras. A full van-to-tiny home conversion includes everything needed to live comfortably on the road, including a living room with ample storage, a kitchenette and a sleeping space comprised of a full-sized memory foam mattress. Additional options include finished flooring and black-out curtains.
All of the van customization is carefully constructed to be removed in order to return the van back to its original state. But with such an amazing living space available, we can’t image that is a common occurrence.
