MATERIALS:

– White styrofoam packing peanuts – An old foam mattress pad – A piece of wide black or dark green ribbon – Pink and green felt – Orange spraypaint

First, glue the packing peanuts together to create a “sheet” of rice.

STEP 2:

Then cut the foam mattress pad into the shape of a shrimp and spray paint it orange.
