Eco Mothers DayJoin the Lower East Side Girls’ Club walk-a-thon to help raise funds to help support the Girls Club health and nutrition programs. Each $2,500 raised supports a full year of programming for one girl. Programming at the girls club offers nutrition and cooking classes, body image and women's health counseling, running a Farmer's Market, yoga and dance classes as well as free summer camp for girls. <a href="https://sna.etapestry.com/fundraiser/LowerEastsideGirlsClubofN/walk2013/register.do">Register</a> to participate.
