Working around the dearth and high cost of land, Miko Mercer has begun building her own <a href="http://inhabitat.com/nyc/index.php?s=dream+home">DIY dream home</a> right inside of a Brooklyn warehouse. The 160-square-foot tiny house, which Mercer works on in her spare time, is coming along nicely with walls, windows and even shingles.1
