Brooklyn Bridge Park MantarayA few weeks ago we finally got to see renderings of the exciting plans that are in store for <a href="http://inhabitat.com/nyc/design-for-brooklyn-bridge-park-revealed-in-stunning-new-renderings/">Brooklyn Bridge Park's Pier 6</a>, and the architects just released images of the project's centerpiece - a soaring overlook that's been dubbed the "Mantaray." Designed by <a href="http://ny.curbed.com/tags/bjarke-ingels-group">Bjarke Ingels Group</a> and <a href="http://www.mvvainc.com/">Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates</a>, the proposed triangular form is a dramatic platform that will provide visitors with a sweeping view of downtown Manhattan.1
