Bjarke Ingels Group The Eleventh 04Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) recently released a new set of renderings for its High Line-adjacent condo project at 76 Eleventh Avenue, which is now being called simply The Eleventh. Nearly a year after the first images emerged, the $1.9 billion project has announced the pair of towers will also be home to the 137-room luxury Six Senses hotel and spa, backed by HFZ Capital Group. The announcement marks an unusual twist in the project history, since the initial plans called for a hotel but were later changed to repurpose that space into office suites.1
