The headline-grabbing minimalist wonder won an AIA NY Honor Award and was even featured in its very own TED talk. Although the price tag seems steep at $2,369 per square foot, this small Soho studio isn't your run-of-the-mill <a href="http://inhabitat.com/nyc/tag/micro-dwelling/" target="_blank">micro dwelling</a>--its moveable walls and hidden compartments expand its functionality to an apartment twice its size, and it can even comfortably seat 12 for dinner.1
