The Reskate project rescues abandoned skateboards and transforms them into beautiful works of art that will make you want to skate again. The project was launched by a group of artists who sought to give battered and broken boards new life — working under the name Nube, the team restored a set of boards into remarkable examples of recycled design, which will be showcased at the Pantocrator Galleryin Berlin.

Reskate was born from the idea of restoring old skateboards to turn them into brand new mini longboards. After restoring the boards, Nube handed them out to several artists, who used them as a blank canvases to create limited-edition works of art. The exhibition is set to take place from the 22th-30th of May at the Pantocrator Gallery in Berlin.

The rescuing artists and illustrators are: Cristian G.
