We love this prefab home because it’s extremely energy efficient and affordable coming in at under $75,000 for the smaller model and under $94,000 for the larger model. Clayton Homes, the largest manufacturers of mobile homes in the U.S., recently released this high tech green home that is far removed from your standard trailer park dwelling.

Extremely good looking buildings.
The pricing would appeal to many young and first time homeowners.
The problem being with such aspects as the solar panels etc i really do not think they would provide much in the way of energy within the UK as we only receive sunshine once every blue moon!
I really like this home, however, after configuring all of the options takes the price to $177k. Yes, the PV option is a must!
Hopefully I will get the chance to tour one someday.
Wow, what a great looking prefab home. The interior, however, is looking quite a lot like an ad for IKEA. There are other budjet-minded options out there for furnishings!
A single-wide by any other name is still a single-wide.
