Bercy Chen Studio’s one-of-a-kind shelter consists of two elliptical floors that are joined by a swirling staircase. The lower level has a wooden deck mainly used for lounging next to the water and sheltering a small yacht under its roof. The dock’s most remarkable feature is a decorative waterfall that emanates from the upper level balcony.

Glazed all around it, the top floor has amazing views into the lake and surrounding Canyonland Nature Preserve. A curved glass balustrade surrounds the first floor deck, where light plays with the water and glass creating unique patterns. Although it probably isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, the Shore Vista Boat Dock is a unique piece of architecture located on a beautiful, natural setting.
