Designed by <a href="http://www.soa-architectes.fr/en/#/en/projects/show/14">SOA Architects</a>, the Les Coccinelles nursery is a light-filled oasis planted in the heart of a residential area in Saint-Gratien, France. The nursery is constructed with a <a href="http://inhabitat.com/modular-spaceplates-greenhouse-mimics-the-geometry-of-sea-urchin-shells/">prefabricated metal shell</a> wrapped with chestnut wood panels that regulate both solar gain and natural light, and it boasts superior thermal, acoustic and energetic performance.
