It!me Eco Fast Food by Joanna Pszczolka and Lukasz BrandysJoanna Pszczółka and Łukasz Brandys have collaborated to design It!me - a chain of earth-friendly fast-food joints in Poland. Competing with larger companies and their seemingly inexhaustible budgets, the small chain relied on creativity to distinguish their brand without breaking the bank. The first store in Ochaby's Dream Park features minimalist tables screwed directly into the wall, floor to ceiling windows that aggrandize a small space and chairs that are glued together with biodegradable adhesive.1
