Passive House School by Kjellgren Kaminsky<a href="http://www.kjellgrenkaminsky.se/projects/212-kollaskolan.html">Kjellgren Kaminsky Architects</a> won first prize to design Kollaskolan, an 8,000-square-meter passive house school that may well be Sweden's largest. An improvement to an existing facility in Kungsbacka, the mixed-use facility will comprise a main school building with a 6,500-square-meter footprint and a 2,500-square-meter sports block, along with a few small buildings - all of which are designed to meet Sweden's strict <a href="http://inhabitat.com/tag/passive-house/">passive house energy efficiency standards</a>.1
