Seth Stein Architects‘ Notting Hill renovation keeps a low energy footprint thanks to an array of green building strategies. The project incorporates passive air distribution, and it regulates temperature with a ground-source heat pump to improve the residence’s overall efficiency. Stein opened up the interior to daylight with large glazed walls and installed private garden spaces to infuse the home with greenery.
