Haustrift-SuperblockHaustrift is a collection of rowhouses situated near the banks of the Danube river in Vienna. The affordable housing project was designed by local firm Superblock in cooperation with Johnny Winter and was constructed from both sustainable and modular elements. Its minimalist design is eye-catching, but it will also serve as a simple backdrop to the surrounding landscaping, which will grow up over time. Energy efficient design, daylighting, green spaces and sustainable materials make this project both vibrant and enjoyable for the residents.1
