MIELE Light Box by Gonzalo MardonesInternationally-renowned appliance company MIELE commissioned this beautiful "levitating" red lightbox in Caracos, Chile as a showcase for their numerous projects. Designed by Gonzalo Mardones Arquitecto, the lightbox is supposed to be a reflection of the company's products - it's light, it's bright, and it has a very small footprint. This is achieved by lifting the prefabricated pop-up store off the ground, so that it has a negligible impact on the land.1
