    I calculate a drop of 70psi will give 0.21 degrees F temp increase under ideal adiabatic conditions. (SRK correlation)….in other words David is right, this is nothing more than a pretty, expensive shower.

    This is the kind of thing that gives concepts a bad name. Have they calculated whether the energy in a typical water supply is enough to heat the water? I think not. To heat water through 20 degrees C takes as much energy as you get by allowing the water to fall through 8.3 km. No domestic supply has anything like that head of water.
