The <a href="http://www.ioniceland.is/" target="_blank">ION Luxury Adventure Hotel</a> is set against a striking landscape of lava rocks about an hour outside of Reykjavik. Designed by <a href="http://www.minarc.com/index.html" target="_blank">Minarc</a>, the hotel will be built with prefab panelized construction and it will make use of nearby hot springs for geothermal heating. With respect for nature, the hotel incorporates innovative materials, sustainable practices, and the natural features of Iceland into its design.1
