OFF Architecture is all about green roofs, so it comes as no surprise to us that their new proposal for an apartment complex in Anglet, France is covered with them. The four story, terraced apartment blocks are laden with vegetation and lush greenery almost to the point where you might think it's a little overgrown. Taking over two adjacent blocks, the apartment complex features underground parking and a verdant escape in the middle of the city.
