FOLD by Team SDU - SDE 2012We were especially curious to see what the <a href="http://solardecathlon.dk/wordpress/">Technical University of Denmark's team</a> would pull off for this year's <a href="http://inhabitat.com/tag/solar-decathlon/">Solar Decathlon in Europe</a>, and we're happy to say they don't disappoint. Their <a href="http://inhabitat.com/stunning-zero-plus-energy-lab-at-hawaii-preparatory-academy/">plus energy</a> Fold house, which incorporates principles of integrated energy design formed in part by Copenhagen-based starchitect <a href="http://inhabitat.com/new-canary-islands-concert-hall-has-a-semi-intelligent-shading-facade/">Henning Larsen</a> can be built to different sizes and configured in a variety of ways depending on each site's specific properties.1
