Hotel de Glace’s artistic theme this year is "journey to the center of winter." It was inspired by Jules Verne, and it's guaranteed to transport visitors twenty thousand leagues from their regular lives and into a frozen fantasy.

The cozy texture of ski lodge timber is carved away in the snow walls, creating a trompe l’oeil effect. Forty four winter themed guest rooms can accommodate couples and families for a snug night in special Arctic sleeping bags.

Visitors can also indulge in the famed Ice Bar, a cavernous place to imbibe from glasses made from ice while dancing under ice chandeliers to weekend DJs. In the Ice Workshop, guests can make their own ice glass, or visit the Old-Time Sugar Shack, where traditional maple syrup is poured into the snow, and spun on popsicle sticks for an easy eating sweet treat.
