STUDIO DROR’S PICK CHAIR

As far as flexible furniture goes, the folding chair is as old as they come, the first one dating back literally thousands of years. You don’t expect to see much innovation in such a well-established category, but Dror Benshetrit of Studio Dror has managed to invent something new.

    Are these chairs for sale?
    How much $$$ ?
    How to order ???

I love these chairs. I would probably pad them though, with a nice colored fabric that goes with the color of the wall. I can see a large wall in a loft having half a dozen of these things hanging. They look like soft padded decorations, then boom… you just MacGyvered them into chairs for your guests!

It seems to me that although some of the designs featured have interesting points, the costs are quite ridiculous! You may think it’s a great idea to pay $450 for a “chair” that looks to be the most uncomfortable thing you could ever wish to sit on, I on the other hand think that you guys must live in a very odd world.
hundreds of dollars for a lamp that looks like a cast off from a dumpster?
Money to burn is not in itself satisfying, so folks have to buy this trash to make themselves feel special?
    I don’t understand it.
