Ultra Futuristic Pedestrian Bridge in Spain Points the Way With LEDs

    This ultra-futuristic pedestrian bridge fashioned from hexagonal steel framing and paving links two uneven areas of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motril">Motril, Spain</a>. The structure connects the gardens of the Explanadas and the Park Pueblos de las Américas, simultaneously freeing up the busy Avenue Virgen de la Cabeza. Spotted over on Evolo, this unusual bridge by <a href="http://www.gijonarquitectura.com/pagina_96.html">Gijon Arquitectura</a> is enclosed by opaque panels and includes strips of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Light-emitting_diode">LED lights</a> that illuminate the way at night.
