The conceptual design has no fixed program. According to the artist, it could house a flower shop, spa, modern art house, or jewelry museum. The entire project is based on the organic quality of plants, and would have a ventilation system which would fill the spaces with the scent of roses.

The glass and metal structure would feature changing interior lighting that would alter the color of the building depending on events, different occasions and moods.
