ONE Greenville by 4240 ArchitecturePhase one of South Carolina's largest "green" development to date - the 400,000 square foot ONE Greenville (in Greenville, of course) is now complete; the project will target LEED-Gold certification from the United States Green Building Council once complete. Designed by 4240 Architecture, the complex will house a host of banking, education, law, retail and food establishments as part of the city's plan to rejuvenate its sagging infrastructure. A bevy of sustainable features has been incorporated into the design, including vegetated roofs and on-site power generation.1
