The towers are situated on a manmade lake and a tea house on the main level of the building cantilevers out over the water. The lake itself, beyond providing a beautiful view for the residents, will act as a sanctuary for wildlife. Residents will exit the elevator to their home straight into a private garden that surrounds each unit, making nature an integral part of high-rise living.
Each unit will have a slightly different shape and position within the building. According to 5+ Design, “Undulating shapes play with the look and feel of form and space as balconies and rooms protrude outward, creating an overall geometric aesthetic.”
