Pei Cobb Freed 7 Bryant ParkA new shimmering glass high-rise is coming to the corner of one of NYC's most beloved green spaces and its name is 7 Bryant Park. The 28-story sustainable office building will be developed by the Hines Company out of Houston and designed by Henry Cobb of Pei Cobb Freed for occupancy by high-end corporate tenants. When completed in 2014, the structure will aim for LEED certification and feature two lush roof terraces.1

Two outdoor terraces and a green roof will insulate, and bring a fusion of greenery from the park to the sky. Aside from offices, the ground floor will also host a boutique retail store.6
