Prefab in CeideriaOne of the biggest benefits to prefabricated construction is fast onsite assembly. But against popular opinion, haste doesn't always mean waste! This stunning new prefab home in Cedeira, Spain is the perfect example of how beautiful form and modern function don't have to fall out of favor when it comes to speed. Designed by Spanish studio MYCC, this sleek prefab was built offsite in a factory in Madrid, and then transported by truck to a site where it was assembled in just 3 days (the remaining finish work took two more weeks). By coupling swift assembly with a simple design, MYCC was able to create to a gorgeous, eco-friendly house over-looking the ocean.1
