Kona Residence-1This beautiful house in Kona, on the <a href="http://inhabitat.com/2010/06/28/stunning-zero-plus-energy-lab-at-hawaii-preparatory-academy/" target="_blank">big island of Hawaii</a>, is definitely a luxury residence. But on top of being a stunning architectural design, it's actually quite green! The Kona Residence has been designed by Belzberg Architects, and is an incredible collection of reclaimed materials and energy efficient applications. Featuring <a href="http://www.inhabitat.com/2009/10/16/illinois-gable-house-is-solar-decathlon-runner-up/" target="_blank">reclaimed barn wood</a>, a set of train tracks fashioned on the outside of the house, and a <a href="../solar-power" target="_blank">solar power system</a> complimented with rainwater collection, we think we've just found our eco-paradise!2
