Rocio Romero’s LVL Prefab is a Lakeside Home Nestled in the Trees

    Up on the banks of <a href="http://www.kootenaylakevillage.com/2010/08/kootenay-lake-village-open-house/" target="_blank">Kootenay Lake</a> outside of Nelson, British Columbia, sits a cute little prefab home with gorgeous views of the water below. Dubbed the LVL, this modest three bedroom house has an energy efficient design and uses space smartly within its modern layout. The LVL is the largest in the arsenal of St. Louis-based <a href="http://www.inhabitat.com/2008/03/28/rocio-romero-napa-prefab/" target="_blank">Rocio Romero</a>'s <a href="../architecture/prefab-housing/" target="_blank">prefab home designs</a> called the LV Series.
