The prefab home kit comes complete with the posts and beams, exterior wall panels, faux wall panels, roof framing, select connectors, and siding material.

This kit home is fully customizable and starts at a price of $42,950 (that does not include shipping, windows, or assembly).

Energy efficient design plays an important role in the home which uses extra thick insulation with 2 - 6" walls of batt insulation for R-38.

Large windows in the front let in lots of daylight and high smaller windows on either side help to naturally ventilate the space.

The LVL model from the LV Series is the largest of the predesigned kit homes and can come with two or three bedrooms or even an office space.

Designers for Rocio Romero can help clients fully customize the interior and include special green systems like solar power and efficient heating and cooling systems.

An open floor plan makes it easy to alter the space inside.

Decks and canopies can also be included in the kits or even a second story.
