Its tall windows usher in tons of light while a special climate zone allows children to play outside without gloves on despite frigid winters. An <a href="http://inhabitat.com/worlds-largest-integrated-photovoltaic-bipv-project-online/">integrated energy project</a> that keeps energy consumption to the barest minimum, this 1,350 square meter day care center is wedged discreetly into the side of a hill and even features a small herb and <a href="http://inhabitat.com/5-tips-on-how-to-start-a-family-vegetable-garden-this-spring/">vegetable garden</a> for the children.
