Dune HouseIf you've always wanted to live in a gorgeous <a href="http://inhabitat.com/green-roof">green roofed</a> modern home built right into a sand dune (and c'mon, who <em>doesn't</em> share that childhood dream?), this one is up for grabs. Called the Dune House, the hill-like Atlantic Beach, Florida abode was built by renowned architect <a href="http://www.williammorganarchitects.com/">William Morgan</a> way back in 1975, and since then, its quirky appeal has landed it mounds of attention, landing it mentions in everything from architectural publications to even Playboy. The home was the private property of Morgan himself for years but it is <a href="http://pub.realtyweb.net/cgi-bin/mainmenu.cgi?cmd=url+other/run_public_link.html&public_link_tech_id=u84y9mr1v4k&id=1&cid=1">now on the market</a> -for a cool $1.4 million (you might have to save up for a few years).1
