The space is dubbed 'the epic Creative Co-Op' and houses the <a href="http://epicsoftware.com/">epic software group</a>, a fast growing multi media company in Texas, who also happens to be the developer of the project. The company needed a larger film studio, and without a large budget they turned to shipping containers and employed materials destined for the scrap heap to save money. What they ended up with was a cool and funky building that fits their bill!1
