
The site is divided into two sections that separate the primary residence with the nearby guesthouse. Connecting the two spaces is a large wooden deck that reaches out to the uninterrupted horizon. This acts as an outdoor extension of the open floor plan, as well as a roof for the guesthouse. A car park is sheltered below.
A repeated pattern of reinforced concrete walls rise rhythmically both horizontally and vertically to form an interesting mixture of spatial dimensions. A horizontal band surrounds the upper terrace that rests against the concrete while aluminum windows frame the stunning views.
