• Fueled Office Lead
With a free-flowing supply of caffeine and snacks, an interior that looks like a scaled-up version of Sherlock Holmes's flat on Baker Street, and the opportunity to rub elbows with like-minded deskmates daily, the Fueled Collective ticks off many a tech startup's wishes for the perfect co-working space. Located in SoHo's iconic Prince Building, the living room-esque anti-office was founded by Rameet Chawla and is home to the entrepreneur's mobile app design firm Fueled, as well as over 30 other NYC startups. We recently had the chance to explore the space's open-plan layout and quirky vintage touches while sampling their freshly popped popcorn. Read on for a virtual tour of this non-traditional NYC workplace's most delectable design kernels.

• Fueled Collective Redchurch
Stepping into the Collective is a bit like stepping into the past, but with a modern-day edge. In the library-like Redchurch meeting room--one of six in the space--well-worn amber leather armchairs sit adjacent to flat-panel Apple TVs set off against a background of trompe l'oeil bookshelves (as well as actual bookshelves).

• Fueled Collective Blackboard
"We no longer live in our living rooms anymore, so why not design an office like a living room?" says Chawla. "And why have a space that’s just you and your employees when you can also have your friends in your office running companies alongside you? Basically I wanted to create a office with a great vibing in a good location."

The candy wall is made up of old crates salvaged from an upstate farm.
