Isay Weinfeld’s High Line-hugging condos to be topped by Eden-like garden oasis

    For his first foray into the NYC architecture scene, Brazilian architect <a href="http://isayweinfeld.com/" target="_blank"> Isay Weinfeld</a> will be joining an elite group of architects building swanky condos along the <a href="http://inhabitat.com/tag/high-line/" target="_blank">High Line</a>. According to <a href="http://www.6sqft.com/isay-weinfelds-jardim-condominium-rises-to-street-level-along-the-high-line/" target="_blank">6SqFt</a>, the Weinfeld design team is just about to finish the foundation work on what will be eventually grow into two gorgeous 11-story condo towers along the elevated park. Located at 525 West 27th Street, adjacent to <a href="http://inhabitat.com/nyc/zaha-hadid-launches-her-high-line-hugging-building-at-520-west-28th-street/" target="_blank">Zaha Hadid’s 520 West 28th Street condo</a>, the <a href="http://jardim.nyc/">Jardim</a> building will be resplendent with greenery from top to bottom, from its lush terraces to its Eden-like green <a href="http://inhabitat.com/nyc/tag/green-roof/" target="_blank">rooftop garden</a>.

    Along with oodles of greenery throughout the <a href="http://jardim.nyc/">Jardim</a> building, the 95,000 square-foot complex will include a large portfolio of amenities for future residents.

According to 6SqFt, the Weinfeld design team is just about to finish the foundation work on what will be eventually grow into two gorgeous 11-story condo towers along the elevated park. Located at 525 West 27th Street, adjacent to Zaha Hadid’s 520 West 28th Street condo, the Jardim building will be resplendent with greenery from top to bottom, from its lush terraces to its Eden-like green rooftop garden.
