Construction on Greenpoint’s passive house project moves forward

Although work on Loadingdock5's Williamsburg Passive House, simply known as Haus, began in 2014, the project has been slow going.

The ultra energy-efficient passive project located at 152 Freeman Street just got a permit renewal by the Department of Buildings, which hopefully means that Brooklyn will be celebrating yet another amazingly sustainable building very soon. [Photo via Google Street View, January 2013.]
