There's been a lot of anticipation surrounding Williamsburg's futuristic William Vale Hotel, and a batch of recently released new renderings has got us even more excited about the $130 million project. The 21-story hotel, characterized by its bold exoskeleton, was designed by Albo Liberis and will offer 183 luxurious rooms along with 40,000 square feet of retail and office space. But what's really catching our eye is the hotel's verdant, elevated rooftop park by Gunn Landscape Architecture, which will bring 15,000 square feet of beautifully landscaped green space to the nabe.
