Surrounded by a row of beautiful but energetically less-efficient buildings, the new home has a clever façade of <a href="http://inhabitat.com/l-shaped-corten-steel-lookout-fills-in-hungarys-szathmary-palace-ruins/">Corten steel</a> shutters that actually spiff up the entire neighborhood.1
