The sloping roof was introduced in order to optimize the amount of natural light reaching the interior, while the large glazes surfaces allow visitors to experience the entire building as one space and enjoy views of the winery’s different features, from barrel caves to tasting rooms and the vineyard itself. The building’s simple floor plan and multi-floor levels support a small production of non-traditional varietals. The winery is expected to produce up to 10,000 cases of wine at full build-out.
