According to the <a href="http://nypost.com/2015/08/05/larry-silverstein-seeking-partner-to-build-2-wtc-tower/" target="_blank"> NY Post</a>, construction costs for the unique, stepped structure could reach a whopping $4 billion, which would top the world's current most expensive office tower, <a href="http://inhabitat.com/nyc/watch-one-world-trade-center-go-up-in-this-beautiful-september-11th-anniversary-time-lapse-video/" target="_blank">One World Trade Center</a>.1
2 WTC Bjarke InglesThe tower's real estate management firm, Silverstein Properties, is currently looking for an equity partner to contribute half a billion dollars to fund the tower's construction.2
