Luxury rental company <a href="http://www.glenwoodnyc.com/">Glenwood</a> launched leasing for the property last month and in addition to opulence, the 25-story Midtown West building also boasts a design that strives for <a href="http://inhabitat.com/index.php?s=LEED">LEED</a> certification.
