Blobvb3 by dmvABelieve it or not, this adorable egg-shaped “blob” is actually a house! Originally built as a home office extension for Xfactor Agencies, the unique design was vehemently opposed by Belgian authorities. In order to circumvent building codes, the Belgium-based architects dmvA created a mobile unit that doubles as art. It is also a sustainable home extension given its small size, minimal use of building materials, mobility, and clever use of space.1
