When you first encounter the Gravy wall sconce, you might not even fully understand what it is. Designed by Kenneth Ng and Edmund Ng, the slim light looks like a makeup compact that’s been hung on the wall. The unexpected design allows you to flip the LED half of the clamshell up and down 120 degrees, and swivel it 360 degrees depending on where you need light. You can also dim and brighten the light by touching and holding it. The sconce is available in a rainbow of colors and cool finishes like chrome, oiled Walnut and felt.
The Gravy is a 2015 Spark Awards Gold Winner and won an iF Design Award in 2016.
