Gogolevska by Ki Design StudioThe joys of a slide don’t have to be limited to the outdoor playground. <a href="http://www.kidesign.com.ua/" target="_blank">Ki Design Studio</a> added a funky <a href="http://inhabitat.com/tag/slide" target="_blank">indoor slide</a> to this apartment they recently designed in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Despite the slide’s large and curvaceous form, the designers prevented it from looking like an eyesore by skillfully integrating the half-cylindrical piece into the apartment’s contemporary aesthetic.1

Gogolevska by Ki Design StudioTo soften the slide’s industrial appearance, the designers added a tall vertical garden directly opposite of the slide.3
