The plans call for a dynamic <a href="http://inhabitat.com/tag/urban-design/">urban renewal</a> of the abandoned 144-hectare site in Franklin Mitte, including four new residential "HOME" towers centered around a massive green hill that will serve as the social hub of the new community.1
